Hatice Utkan is a freelance writer and journalist. She is currently working at Hürriyet Daily News as an arts and culture editor. She is also continuing her academic reaserach on museum studies. She has invloved in writing articles on and about IPA (Germany-Turkey) to different papers and also organized conference events of the association in Istanbul.
